Since its establishment, Tycon has been operated under stringent quality assurance system. The dedicated workforce at Tycon has been trained to operate in a TQM environment and culture. They have a mandate to produce the best quality products and to provide superb services to our customers.

ISO Accreditation

Lloyd's Registered Quality Assurance audited Tycon's QA system and credited for ISO9001:2008. It recognizes Tycon's QA system in meeting all requirements under the international standard.

SGS Accreditation

Tycon's quality assurance system has passed the audit and certification of ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018, and complies with relevant international standards.

Material Certificates and PED
Tycon received both TUV Rheinland Certification AD2000-Merkblatt WO and97/23/EC, which prove the professional standard of its QA system, production and testing facilities and human resources.

Marines Society Approval

Tycon has been audited and became an approved foundry of leading international shipping registries including Lloyd's Register of Shipping, Det Norske Veritas, Bureau Veritas, American Bureau of Shipping, Nippon Kaiji Kyokai, China Classification Society, and Korean Register of Shipping, for our manufacturing process, testing facilities and associated procedures.
