Foundry Capacity

Tycon is sophisticated both investment casting (lost wax) and Resin Sand Casting manufacturing processes. Currently, the combined capacity of the castings is over 1000 tons/ month, that Tycon is one of the leading stainless steel foundries in China both in terms of quality and capacity.

Our Team casts a variety of alloys meeting numerous specifications. We pride ourselves in satisfying customer expectations with exceptional service and supply of high quality castings shipped on-time. Our custom casting foundry is one of the premier west coast foundries.

Our highly-skilled team runs a no-bake molding line and induction furnaces to produce low-volume runs of high alloy cast components from 20 to 2,400 lbs.

The bulk of our product is applied in highly-corrosive environments as:

  • valves (bodies and bonnets)

  • pumps (housings, bells, bowls, volutes or impellers)

  • Many are certified to strict Nuclear Specifications (NCA 3800, 10CFR50 Appendix B and 10CFR21).
